1 1/2" Swiss Dots Wired Ribbon: Red & Black - 1 Yard

This raised swiss polka dot ribbon features a red royal faux burlap background with painted on black swiss dots.

This ribbon has raised swiss dots of black fabric paint and wired edge with contrasting black stitching.

Ribbon measures 1 1/2" wide.
